Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the SidePal app and website. By using SidePal you agree to them.

The service

SidePal is a personal planning and accountability companion. It is provided "as is" during beta; features may change, and we may modify or discontinue parts of the service as it evolves.

Your account

You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your credentials safe. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country) to use SidePal.

Your content

The goals, plans, and other content you create remain yours. You grant us the limited license needed to store, sync, and display that content to you and to the Circles you share it with.

Points and challenges

Points, streaks, and in-app stakes are motivational features. They have no cash value unless a feature explicitly states otherwise, in which case its own terms apply.

Acceptable use

Don't abuse the service: no attempts to disrupt it, access other users' data, or use SidePal for unlawful activity. We may suspend accounts that do.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SidePal is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
